Practical introduction to the use of Artificial intelligence (AI) as a creative partner, especially in retail trade
The Seminar speaker Ole Stocks from the WZL RWTH Aachen University, shows how to use KI in a simple and effective way may help to create content, optimize marketing efforts, and to personalize the customer experience. The focus is on practical applications that can be used in the everyday life of a business. Practical examples and Tools will be presented, and the Participants in an interactive Exercise, the opportunity to use these technologies yourself to try and experience the benefits directly.
The offer is aimed at individual traders, business people and self-employed persons from the East of Belgium, want to unlock the potential of AI in their work environment. The Seminar is organised by IchKaufLokal in collaboration with EDIH, in order to support the digital Transformation in local trade.
