MTI workshop: Understanding & categorising AI - a practice-oriented introduction 

Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a topic for the future - it is already shaping many areas of our everyday lives and the world of work. But what exactly does the term AI mean? What different types are there and how can they be put to good use?

In this interactive workshop from the Manufacturing Technology Institute on AI and deep learning, you will receive a sound introduction to the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence. We will explain key terms, differentiate between various AI technologies and use practical examples to show how AI creates real added value in business, science and society. We will discuss the opportunities, risks and limitations of the technology together.

Whether you already use AI in your work environment or simply want to gain a better understanding of developments in this area, this workshop will provide you with the knowledge you need to better categorise AI and make informed decisions.
